The Alba County Council, Horea Commune City Hall, and the “Augustin Bena” Cultural Center warmly invite you to the 30th edition of the “Woodworkers’ Fair in the Apuseni Mountains,” a celebration with deep historical and cultural roots, dedicated to traditional craftsmanship, the mountain spirit, and the memory of the heroes from the heart of Țara Moților.
The event takes place in the center of HOREA and on PETREASA PEAK (altitude 1600), in the spectacular scenery of the Apuseni Mountains, between August 16–17, 2025, offering participants two days full of cultural, religious, sports, and artistic activities.

🕑 14:00 – Blessing service, followed by:
• Unveiling the busts of the Romanian national reformers Horea and Avram Iancu
• Visit to the Ethnographic Museum of Woodworkers
🕒 15:00 – Sports and recreational activities (Synthetic sports field)
🕓 16:00 – Historical evocation: “Horea – 240 years” – with the participation of the Romanian Academy and the “Avram Iancu” Cultural Society
🕔 17:00 – Award ceremony for couples celebrating 50 years of marriage
🕗 19:00 – Extraordinary folk music concert – EMERIC IMRE
