One night a year. When the museum doesn't sleep, and history comes to life.
We invite you to a spectacular edition of the Museum Night, with reenactments, music, workshops, swords, reptiles, mangiafuoco and stories from all eras.

17:00 – Opening of historical reconstruction camps and interactive workshops
17:00–21:00 – “Living museum” activities – weapons, medieval outfits, training and games, archery, demonstrations and workshops for all ages

18:00 – Banat Military History Space – Interactive presentation: pages from the history of Timișoara Citadel until the interwar period
19:00 – Arena Bastionului – Raids and battles in the “Marginal Lands” – historical story in “living museum” style
20:00 – Sayid u-Zaawahifi – Lord of the Snakes: live reptile show, storytelling and petting zoo
20:45 – The Art of the Wandering Bards – acoustic concert with medieval music
21:00 – Symbolic return of the changing of the guard. Cannon volleys
21:15 – Fiare din Beci – Interactive presentation of historical swords and sabers, demonstration duels (Cosmin Pop)
22:00 – Rondul de Noapte – Pyrotechnic theater show and live music with Deep6 Project & Peregrinii

Throughout the evening, the following special workshops and activities will also take place:
• Mercenary camp – Landsknecht weapons and outfits
• Traditional archery workshop – for children and adults
• Chiseling workshop – working with chisel and hammer
• Jewelry processing workshop – metal, shape and craft
• Exhibition of chain mail and Dacian weapons
• Medieval painting and clay modeling workshop
• Traditional blacksmithing workshop – tools and techniques from the past
• Arrival of the arms dealer – duels, storytelling and live participation
• Live historical music, juggling, mangiafuoco – like in the old festivities
