🔥 The Cracklings Festival – 3 days of culinary spectacle in the center of Bistrița

Cooked on the spot, following traditional and reinterpreted recipes, cracklings once again become the star of Bistrița at the only festival in Romania 🇷🇴 dedicated to them.

✨In truly spectacular configurations and types: pork, beef, lamb and poultry cracklings, crackling spreads, tarts, burgers, crackling chips and other surprises — the culinary specialties take over the center of Bistrița this weekend.

An exceptional live cooking show, featuring the renowned Masters of Flames, coordinated by Chef Radu Zărnescu, as well as the much-loved and talented culinary artists Marius Galan and Ghiță Andreca.
